  • The product must be in new condition , unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Custom or made-to-order products cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.
  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • If the amount is paid upon receipt and the customer has paid, the amount will be returned to the customer after the product is inspected according to the return policy.

2. Defective or incorrect products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we apologize for the inconvenience. In this case:

  • We will refund the full amount to the customer if payment was made upon receipt .
