- Confirmation of order receipt will be provided by the person receiving the shipment. If the person in question is unavailable at the specified address, delivery may be delayed.
- Full payment must be made upon receipt of the product. If payment is not received or the customer refuses to accept the product, Souk360 reserves the right to refuse any future orders from the same customer.

7. Review the product upon receipt.

8. Delay in shipping or non-delivery

- Products must be returned in their original and unused condition within 7 days of receipt .
